Best picture?

Try as I might I cant understand why the Academy Awards have nominated a movie that promotes homosexual statutory rape for best picture. The story line is about a twenty-four year old man falling in love with a seventeen year old boy. That’s all of the storyline I know. After reading the reviews (which mostly gushed over the beautiful love story) and seeing the “R” rating you can be sure there are some scenes you really don’t want your kids to see.

One main consideration for the award is the box office. This flick, ’Call me by your name’, had a little over $9,000,000 total box office which is over $20,000,000 less than the next/worst performer. If you listen to the libtards in Hollywood they are committed to the fight against sexual harassment and degeneracy. Well, maybe not so much. I guess it’s alright to molest a child as long as you are in love. #METOOMYASS Couple the poor box office with subject matter that would be abhorrent to anybody who isn’t a paid-up member of NAMBLA you would have to ask, “Why the hell was this POS even made let alone nominated for an academy award??”

This is the kind of movie that used to be shown in what were called “art houses” where they could show soft porn and call it art. Porn has been around since cave men drew on walls. Most civilized societies have tried to keep it away from young eyes. Men like their prurient funny-bones tickled. Hollywood just seems to want to tickle younger and younger funny-bones  Could it be that the Hollywood crowd isn’t being sincere about the cries of piety that wail from their lips? Could they be shining us on when they decry the likes of Kevin, Harvey, Matt and a host of others then claim they didn’t know?

Box office receipts have been declining for years due to a number of reasons; deteriorating theaters, peer to peer downloading, streaming and, frankly, crappy movies. Maybe this was an attempt to push the boundaries and create a new more diverse audience. Yeah, right! Have you ever heard such BS in all your life? All they care about is trying to generate revenue. Which in itself isn’t a bad thing. It would serve them right if this film? wins best picture. It would be more proof of their degeneracy. Maybe then Kevin Spacey could tale his rightful place as president if the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences!

Thanks to my brother for this one!
A guy goes to the Post Office to apply for a job.
The interviewer asks him, “Are you allergic to anything?”
He replies, “Yes, caffeine. I can’t drink coffee.”
“OK, have you ever been in the military service?”
“Yes,” he says, “I was in Iraq for one tour.”
The interviewer says, “That will give you 5 extra points toward employment.”
Then he asks, “Are you disabled in any way?”
The guy says, “Yes. An IED exploded near me and I lost both my testicles.”
The interviewer grimaces and then says, “Okay. You’ve got enough points for me to hire you right now. Our normal hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You can start tomorrow at 10 a.m., and plan on starting at 10 a.m. every day.”

The guy is puzzled and asks, “If the work hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., why don’t you want me here until 10 a.m.?”
“This is a government job”, the interviewer says. “For the first two hours, we just stand around drinking coffee and scratching our nuts. No point in you coming in for that
